Andaluz restaurant al Alma San Juan hotel will open soon. If you're passionate about mixology and creating memorable experiences for our guests, we want to know you.

Job Responsabilities:

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
• Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Keep track of the Bar Inventory.
• Restock and replenish the bar when needed.
• Comply with food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Maintain an organized and clean area.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of different types of liquors.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Hospitality experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish).
