Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities achieve their full potential.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement behavioral interventions to address challenging behaviors, including in-home and community-based settings. - Collect and analyze data to measure treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including medical documentation and behavioral reports. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care and support.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide behavioral health services in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and homes.
- Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, as well as their families, to promote understanding and acceptance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and treatment.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of behavioral analysis and treatment principles. -
Expertise in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in medical records and medical documentation.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health and medical terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $70.00 - $105.00 per hour
