Clinical Operations Manager Summary:
The Clinical Operations Manager, under the general direction of the Executive Director, is responsible for managing the nursing, health education, lab and radiology departments, ensuring excellent patient care, customer service, and clinical outcomes; working collaboratively with the physicians, Executive Director, and management team to plan, develop and implement changes to existing operational and health care processes to meet current and future clinic demands; working with managers, supervisors and staff to ensure high quality patient care is achieved and that established medical practice standards are followed.
Clinical Operations Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current WI RN license and five years in relevant specialty OR
Associate's Degree in Nursing, current WI RN license and seven years' nursing experience in relevant specialty
Master's Degree preferred
Three years' supervisory experience
Prior Epic experience including use of reports and dashboards or other EMR experience
Experience with patient care quality programs (e.g., MIPS, WCHQ, health plans) preferred
Prior data analysis and medical informatics and reporting preferred
Previous clinic experience and/or prior experience as an Epic super user
Clinical Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Manages daily clinical operations while overseeing clinical staffing and regularly performing efficiency analysis to ensure staffing levels are cost-effective and appropriate for quality patient care.
In conjunction with the Executive Director, physicians, and Quality Care Manager, sets and maintains standards of patient care. Also develops and implements patient care policies, procedures, protocols and goals.
Participates in development of annual operating budget, and carefully monitors clinical expenses in order to meet budgeting goals Anticipates the need for and manages change in the clinical areas. Participates in evaluation, standardization, and implementation of cost-effective and efficient clinical workflows.
Assists in the development of new services lines and/or programs. Provides input into provider recruitment and planning. Provides custom reporting and data analysis for partnership and contract negotiations. Evaluates utilization of space and participates in remodeling project.

Pay: $90,965.00 - $105,520.00 per year
