Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with property owners, investors, and potential clients.
  • Assist clients in selling and leasing their commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales and leasing transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about local market trends and conditions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive property reports and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license with experience in commercial real estate.
  • Proven track record in developing business relationships and generating successful sales and leasing transactions.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local policies and regulations related to commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably KVcore.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Compensation:

$85,500 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
  • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction

  • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients
  • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
  • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
