Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Associate to join our busy team, where you'll be one of five members serving up to 250 patients daily.

Key responsibilities include verifying patient eligibility, ensuring accurate information for new patients, collecting copays and balances, scanning documents, checking out patients, and scheduling appointments using Aprima and Phreesia software. You will also support patients in completing digital paperwork in the waiting room and ensure timely processing of PCP letters and authorizations. Occasionally, you may need to cover our Irvine or Fountain Valley clinics as needed after full training. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
