Responsibilities

•Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
•Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
•Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
•Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
•Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer's or listing agent

Qualifications

•Applicants must have a Texas Real Estate License
•Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
•One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
•Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
•Real estate license required
•Valid U.S. driver's license required, able to travel by car
