Overview of the VP of Finance role:

• Oversee all financial operations and strategy
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and auditors
• Provide critical financial insights to guide business decisions
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the finance function

Preferred Qualifications for the VP of Finance Role:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable
