The Practice Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a successful Dental Practice through communication to the team, and management of goals and expectations. The Practice Manager generates accountability, authority and responsibility with the team and provides support, communication, and guidance to increase the team's performance.

• Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience in a dental office
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentially and team ethics

• 3+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting required
• 3 +years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable required
• Dentrix experience preferred
